Wenn Du bisher damit gute Erfolge damit hast, sehe ich keinen Grund, zu wechseln. Nivea hat keine bösen Incis, die meisten Leute kommen nur mit Mineralöl nicht so gut zurecht. Aber Mineralöl ist nicht böse, und wenn Du es verträgst, wunderbar.
Ich habe ein altes Buch von Ökotest. Da ist ein Vergleich von Lippenstiften drin. Man hat praktisch die Wahl zwischen natürlichen, aber mit Rückständen belasteten Ölen und Mineralöl, das weder die guten Eigenschaften der natürlichen Öle hat noch Rückstände. Es ist schwer, sich da zu entscheiden. Aber tausende von Menschen benutzen Mineralöle in Labello und Conditionern und Niveacreme und Bodylotions und sind damit zufrieden. Es ist kein Gift.
Ich würde an Deiner Stelle sagen, if it aint broken dont fix it.
(Es gibt im am. Forum einen Fred über selbstgemachte Coldcream, die wohl sehr ähnlich wie Niveacreme ist und die man aus Pflanzenölen und ein paar anderen Sachen anrührt. Ich such es mal raus, aber ich glaube nicht, daß es partout besser ist als Niveacreme.)

HOMEMADE COLD CREAM
1/4 teaspoon borax
1/4 cup distilled water
1/2 cup mineral oil, or another oil that is liquid at room temperature (Almond is nice)
1/2 ounce (by weight) grated beeswax**(see below)
Dissolve the borax in the water in a (one cup) glass measuring cup. Set aside.
Dump together the oil and beeswax in a larger (2-cup) glass measuring cup.
Heat the oil/beeswax mix in a microwave until the beeswax is melted in and the mixture is clear.
Heat the borax/water mix in a microwave for a minute - almost to boiling.
Slowly pour the borax/water mixture into the oil/beeswax mixture, using a stick blender to mix as you pour. Now beat well with the stick blender until the mix is glossy white and thickened up some.
Pour the (hot) cold cream into an 8-ounce jar with a lid.
Let it cool to room temperature.
Done!
Es gab dort eine Diskussion über Borax, aber soweit ich weiß, verwenden es viele Leute für Wäsche und Kosmetika, und es gilt als unschädlich. Man kann diese Stoffe, Borax, aber auch Soda und Zitronensäure, per Internet in großen oder kleinen Mengen bestellen - ich liebäugle manchmal damit.)
